  After a long drive, a quick bite was in order. We thought McDonald's with the play structure would be a good choice. Food was alright, could've been warmer/fresher and the place was filthy. Not a clean table to be found and the condiment stand was disgusting. Not impressed at all.

  Had a great lunch/pit stop. Kids enjoyed the play place. Bathrooms were clean (change tables available in both men's and women's). Manager and staff were friendly and eager to please. Our kids were even offered mini ice cream cone and crayons/colouring pages. It will be our go to stop when we travel through Amherst.

  Bad service, managers were very very rude,they were not busy but yet took them 15 minutes to give me a cup and apple pie, always dirty and smells really bad do not recommend to anyone

  As far as McDonalds go this is probably a five star when compared to others. Clean, staff are very well trained and friendly and they tend to be one of the first to try new things for this franchise.

  This was horrible the cashier was rude she made the persons coffee before my hot chocolate and he was behind me it took them 10 min to do so and weren't even busy
